Terms for Shopify Projects

These terms provide a simple overview of how Kary Web Studio approaches project quotations, scope, revisions, and delivery.

Quotations and Scope

Every quotation is based on the project scope discussed before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

Content Readiness

Timelines depend on the availability of brand assets, product data, written content, images, and feedback needed to complete the store.

Themes and Apps

Paid Shopify themes, apps, subscriptions, and third-party services are normally purchased separately by the client unless stated otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Revisions are handled within the agreed scope. Additional requests, major structure changes, or new requirements may be quoted separately.

Delivery

Final delivery takes place after the approved work is completed and the project is prepared for launch, transfer, or handover as agreed.
